Job Profile

Our organization seeks a skilled professional to process sourcing and procurement requests for various commodities across multiple regions. The selected candidate will work closely with the global buying teams to provide analytical support in alignment with their goals.

Key responsibilities include maintaining purchasing systems, ensuring current pricing and contract terms are up-to-date. Additionally, resolving exception notices and invoicing disputes, addressing basic supply problems, and escalating as necessary. Spot orders must be placed, and draft purchase contracts prepared from established formats. Further responsibilities include administration and reporting tasks from internal and external sources.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasing records.
  • Resolve issues related to exceptional invoices and discrepancies.
  • Address basic supply chain problems and escalate when necessary.
  • Process spot orders.
  • Prepare draft purchase agreements based on existing templates.
  • Perform administrative duties and generate reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with regional and global buying teams to provide data-driven insights and support portfolio management initiatives.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to multitask. Proficiency in MS Office applications is required, and flexibility in working hours is an asset.
