Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to fill the position of FinTech Sales Executive. This role is focused on growing our merchant network by engaging with potential merchants. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills for presentation and negotiation, as well as the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential merchants for onboarding
  • Promote and present digital payment solutions to merchants as per their business needs
  • Maintain merchants' relationships to ensure continuous growth and sales targets are achieved
  • Assist merchants with the onboarding process including documentation and setup
  • Create sales schedules for the Acquiring team, follow up and provide regular updates
  • Train merchants on how to use our platforms and tools effectively
  • Provide ongoing support and respond to merchant inquiries or issues
  • Track and report on sales and onboarding activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve onboarding processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in field sales or merchant onboarding
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • A good network of contacts in the retail sector
  • Willingness to travel extensively within designated areas
  • Marketing and selling skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Sales experience in the Banking Sector/Fintech/Telecom companies would be an advantage
