Organizational Development Specialist

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee our HR operations.
About the RoleThe HR Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration.
Main Responsibilities:- Recruitment: Developing and implementing recruitment strategies, creating job descriptions and postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and making recommendations for hire, and managing the new hire onboarding process.
- Employee Relations: Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system, facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors, and participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment.
- Record Maintenance: Maintaining current HR files and databases, updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records, maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions, performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained, performing payroll/benefit-related reconciliations, performing payroll and benefits audits and recommending any corrective action, and completing termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, HR Management.
- No less than 5 years relevant work experience in HR in a reputable organization.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
