Employee Relations Specialist
The Employee Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing employee relations, including employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts. This includes investigating and resolving employee issues, providing guidance on company policies and procedures, and communicating with employees and management to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
The key responsibilities include:
- Investigating and resolving employee issues, providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Communicating with employees and management to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Providing reports related to employee relations metrics such as employee satisfaction, engagement, and turnover.
- Serving as the primary contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, addressing employee insurance-related inquiries, and providing guidance on benefits, handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
- Conducting exit interviews, analyzing trends, and managing the separation process, including clearances and final settlements, conducting regular meetings and training sessions with the sales team to address concerns, provide support, and promote team cohesion.
- Maintaining updated organizational charts, job descriptions, and KPIs for all departments, overseeing talent management, including appraisals, balanced scorecards, and organizational structuring.
- Managing performance management, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and employee development.
- Coordinating training programs to enhance soft and technical skills, evaluating their effectiveness and identifying future needs, improving team engagement and performance through training and initiatives, addressing factors affecting morale and retention.
