Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to assist the Director of M&A Operations with various administrative and operational tasks. This full-time role is essential to ensure smooth operations and support key M&A processes.

  • Salesforce Management: Utilize Salesforce to screen new account funnel additions for alignment with our investment criteria.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly and weekly BD recognition reports in Salesforce and compile quarterly board reports. Develop advanced, comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor both historical trends and real-time funnel activity.
  • Presentation Preparation: Assist with the preparation of PowerPoint presentations for monthly Executive meetings.
  • Commissions Review: Conduct initial review of submitted commissions for accuracy and completeness.
  • Survey Support: Assist with surveys, including design, distribution, and analysis.
  • Ad Hoc Project: Provide support on miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned.

Key skills required for this position include a minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce, proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, and strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
