Collections Specialist Role Overview

As a key member of the collections team, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely payments from clients and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire collections process for client payments, including reviewing aging reports and following up on overdue accounts
  • Negotiate with clients and handle escalated collection cases with professionalism and tact
  • Maintain clear and updated records of all collection activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as business or finance
  • 2-10 years experience in collections, preferably in real estate or banking (credit collections)

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of collections, financial systems, and reporting tools is essential. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure are also required.
