Job Title: HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to oversee the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring our people processes run smoothly and align with organizational goals. As a key member of the team, you'll manage HR policies, procedures, and programs, playing a vital role in key areas including employee relations, development, compensation, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment and staffing logistics to ensure we attract and retain top talent
  • Organizational Planning: Contribute to space and team structure planning to align with business growth
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage systems to enhance employee performance and productivity
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure full compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Employee Development & Training: Drive employee growth through targeted development programs and onboarding initiatives
  • Policy Management: Lead the creation and management of HR policies, ensuring they support a positive work environment
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer compensation, benefits, and employee wellness programs to maintain employee satisfaction
  • Employee Relations: Promote positive employee engagement and handle issues with professionalism and fairness
Requirements:
  • Assist in aligning HR strategies with the overall organizational vision
  • Participate in setting department goals and tracking progress
  • Maintain employee databases and produce insightful reports for decision-making
