Job Title: Risk Governance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Risk Governance Specialist to join our team.

  • Possess a strong foundation in risk management, internal audit, and regulatory compliance, preferably with experience in the financial or banking sector.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, processes, and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Identify operational, financial, and compliance risks, and provide recommendations for improvements.
Required Skills:
  • Risk Management: Strong foundation in risk management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Internal Audit: Experience in conducting internal audits, evaluating internal controls, and assessing risk.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk management and internal audit.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct risk assessments, identify control gaps, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  2. Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, processes, and systems.
  3. Develop and implement risk management frameworks and policies.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate and assess emerging risks and control gaps.
