HR Operations Specialist
Main AccountabilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, selection, and induction. They will work closely with Area Managers to ensure effective data collection and analysis, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Support the recruitment and selection process, ensuring timely creation of job postings and effective candidate screening;
- Develop and maintain accurate HR records, providing essential insights into workforce trends and patterns;
- Collaborate with Area Managers to collect and analyze data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed;
- Process regular salary revision/enhancement cases accurately and timely, ensuring fairness and equity in compensation practices;
- Provide coaching and counseling to staff members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development;
- Identify potential successors in times of crisis, working closely with Area Managers to ensure seamless succession planning;
- Collect and review joining reports, attested documents, and other essential information from new hires, maintaining accurate personnel files.
- Strong proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and Internet;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
- Familiarity with human resources principles and practices, including recruitment, selection, training, compensation, and benefits.
