About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and training, with experience in coordinating with training organizations, student affairs, and learning partners. They will be responsible for providing qualitative input towards improving institutional relations with these stakeholders.

  • Support Senior Manager/Manager in coordinating with training organizations, student affairs, and learning partners.
  • Provide qualitative input towards improving institutional relations with training organizations, trainees, and learning partners.
  • Engage with students and explore areas of their capacity building, resolving their issues, maintaining student engagement, departmental initiatives, events, and coordination with various internal/external stakeholders.
  • Independently handle basic to intermediate-level communications, including emails, letters, reports, and minutes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Business/Public Administration or Social/Applied Sciences.
  • Candidates who have completed full or partial CA-Training in any approved Training Organization and are B.Com. (Associate Degree holders) are also eligible to apply.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of full-time working experience in an ICAP registered Training Organization or Learning Partner, including RAET/RDAI/SDAI.
  • Knowledge of CA Training System and its Learning Partners is preferred.
Skills Required

You will need to possess:

  • Responsibility, customer-centricity, problem-solving, and decent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office is mandatory.
  • SAP-ERP working knowledge is an added advantage.
