CBM Pakistan organizes an Annual Partner Workshop to foster collaboration, shared learning, and strategic alignment with local implementing partners.

The workshop serves as a platform to review progress, discuss challenges, share experiences, and align programmatic approaches for the year ahead. The selected service provider will be responsible for end-to-end planning, logistics, and facilitation of the workshop.

  1. To reflect on key achievements and lessons learned across CBM-supported projects
  2. To enhance collaboration and coordination among partners
  3. To introduce upcoming priorities and cross-cutting themes (e.g., safeguarding, inclusion, accountability)
  4. To promote networking and shared learning among implementing partners
  5. To co-create strategies for the next planning cycle

The service provider will be responsible for designing participatory and inclusive sessions using appropriate adult learning and engagement methods. They must ensure arrangements for approximately 35 participants and arrange and manage travel (air/road) and accommodation for outstation participants.

The venue should have the capacity for 35 participants and provide inclusive facilities accessible for persons with disabilities. The service provider will also be responsible for providing experienced facilitators to lead and manage the workshop flow and conducting icebreakers, group exercises, and breakout discussions.

A comprehensive final report should include workshop objectives and outcomes, session summaries, key action points, participant feedback, lessons learned, and recommendations for future events.
