We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Karachi and Lahore.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and a passion for developing new business opportunities, drive sales growth and increase revenue through strategic planning and execution of business development strategies. The role involves building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying profitable business opportunities, and securing sound business deals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain and update the prospective client database.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and new clients to promote services.
  • Keep updated on all service offerings of the company.
  • Identify new business opportunities and secure sound business deals with strong follow-up.
  • Support senior management in writing new business proposals.
  • Coordinate closely with the technical support team to ensure quality work and after-sale support to clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
