Job Role

The Commercial Experience Executive is a key player in the commercial experience team, reporting to the Commercial Experience Manager and based at an Experience Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and guide walk-in customers from the floor greeting, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Develop a basic understanding of the customer relationship management system and its linked portals.
  • Handle customer queries at the experience center, providing exceptional service to improve their overall experience.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for customer facilitation, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Coordinate product upselling from the experience center, promoting relevant products to customers.
  • Initiate efforts to enhance customer experience and minimize average wait/service time.
  • E nsure that all interactions with customers demonstrate self-assurance and confidence.
  • Take ownership of customer complaints, resolving them promptly and efficiently.
  • Foster customer retention and churn management, working to maintain long-term relationships.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to resolve issues effectively.
  • Achieve assigned monthly service/sales Key Performance Indicators, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
  • Remain updated on current policies, procedures, promotions, products, and value-added services offered by our organization.
