The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the group's secretarial functions, handling the PABX system, daily logs, meeting minutes, and filings. This role involves tele-introductions to information-seeking prospects, tele-support to customers with the help of the technical department, and introducing our services and new products to existing clients as well as prospects listed and provided by the research and marketing department.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to work in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of office software and technology
- Fresh graduates in BBA (Marketing/Mass Communication/Finance/Management) are preferred
