Job Title: Payroll Administrator

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processing, including the ability to maintain accurate records and process payroll in an efficient manner.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

We are looking for a skilled professional who can provide support to our UK Payroll Team by maintaining accurate records and processing in the payroll system.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry
  • Perform data audits as needed
  • Maintain data integrity between systems
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to the Payroll and Finance teams
  • Process recharges to all other entities
  • Ability to challenge/ streamline processes and raise them to the relevant administrator for consideration
  • Responsibility of processing foreign payrolls across EMEA region
  • Communicating with peers across the business units

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of UK Payroll Experience
  • Pension and HMRC regulation experience (desirable)
  • Proactivity. Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company
  • Trustworthy – will have access to private and sensitive information
  • Works Independently. Manages time efficiently and prioritizes time to meet key deadlines
  • Speed and Efficiency. Able to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort
  • Strong Excel skills – comfort with Pivot Tables and advanced formulas
  • Intelligence. Learns quickly. Demonstrates ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong sense of urgency
