Job Title: People Development Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and organized People Development Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing and implementing HR initiatives, supporting the growth of the organization.

This role requires a strong background in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruitment, talent management, and employee development.

  • Develop and implement HR initiatives and systems that support business objectives.
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Manage the hiring process from start to finish, including job description preparation, advertising, and interview coordination.
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans to ensure new employees are set up for success.
  • Design and deliver training and development programs that meet the needs of the organization.
  • Assist in payroll and performance management processes to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Maintain personnel data in HRIS systems and hard files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
  • Proven experience as an HR Officer, Administrator, or other HR position.
  • Knowledge of HR functions, including pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development.
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS systems.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
