Operations Manager Position

Job Summary

This is a leadership role that oversees the day-to-day operations of a region, focusing on driving sales and profitability through an existing store portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Objectives:

  1. Deliver commercial decision making across multiple Brands and priorities, while developing a unified team to achieve the annual Regional Business Plan.
  2. Maintain the smooth operation of stores within a specific country or territory.
  3. Drive Store Managers to meet and exceed agreed Business and Store level KPIs.
  4. Support in recruiting and developing Store Managers for future promotion opportunities.
  5. Ensure accurate staffing levels and address staff availability issues.
  6. Oversee adherence to policies and procedures among all employees.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Maximise Sales and Profit by reviewing regional P&L on a monthly basis and influencing relevant managers and functions.
  2. Coach Store Managers to understand and communicate sales figures, P&L, best and worst sellers etc., and reasons behind this.
  3. Ensure regional overheads remain within agreed budgets.
  4. Conduct regular updates and trading meetings with Area / Store Managers.
  5. Evaluate seasonal range performance for each Brand within the region.
  6. Approve write-offs and ensure back-office updates relevant records.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team in Islamabad, Pakistan. This is a full-time position.
