Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Identifying potential candidates through LinkedIn and other online platforms
  • Engaging with passive candidates to attract top talent for various roles
  • Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Evaluating and qualifying candidates to ensure a suitable match for current and future positions
  • Maintaining and managing candidate pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Tracking and reporting on sourcing metrics to enhance processes and efficiency
  • Staying abreast of market trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in German languages preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing talent, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
  • Strong communication skills in German and English to effectively interact with potential candidates
  • Technical expertise with proficiency in MS Office Word/Excel/PowerPoint
  • Self-motivation, organization, and ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an asset
  • Contribution to the growth and success of the organization by helping build a talented workforce
