Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary:
  • Oversee the entire hiring process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new team members to ensure seamless integration into our dynamic work environment.
  • Design and implement effective onboarding processes that equip new hires with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Maintain and organize internal documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge systems to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Support managers in coordinating team workflows, scheduling, and communication to foster collaboration across remote teams.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and performance initiatives, driving results through a strong team culture.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hiring, human resources (HR), or people operations, with a proven track record of successful talent acquisition and management.
  • Experience in fast-paced online businesses and direct-response e-commerce environments is highly valued.
  • Ability to manage international remote teams, ensuring cohesive teamwork and strategic collaboration.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion, ClickUp, or similar tools.
  • Experience in building and managing onboarding systems to enhance new hire productivity and satisfaction.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to managing multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
