Job Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent to our organization.

You will be empowered to grow professionally and expected to move quickly, engage proactively, and think strategically to build a strong technical talent pipeline for our current and future staffing needs.

By leveraging your expertise in sourcing techniques and excellent communication skills, you will effectively connect with potential candidates, review their portfolios and resumes, and collaborate with hiring managers to identify position requirements and source matching candidates.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining a pipeline of high-caliber sales candidates, utilizing social media networks to seek and connect with potential candidates, reviewing online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates, collaborating with hiring managers and recruiters to identify position requirements and source matching candidates, creating recruiting messaging and follow up with candidates, logging candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System, and measuring and reporting on recruiting metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Sourcer or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Proven track record of using Boolean Search and other advanced sourcing techniques to identify top talent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly business email writing knowledge.
  • Good time-management skills for handling various open positions simultaneously.
