
Call Center Team Leader

As a customer service leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers via phone calls. Your key responsibilities include answering incoming calls, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns.
You will also be expected to lead and manage a team of call center officers, providing backup support and ensuring team goals are met. This includes monitoring call volume, prioritizing tasks, and distributing workload effectively.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong problem-solving skills, the ability to handle difficult customers, and excellent computer skills. You should also be able to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
