We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage our office operations and support our mission through efficient administration.
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records of office assets, overseeing office expenses, employee reimbursements, and vendor relations, ensuring daily office cleanliness, coordinating maintenance staff, organizing logistics for meetings, trainings, and events, acting as the central point for administrative support and interdepartmental coordination, handling office calls and general inquiries, maintaining employee directories, tracking attendance, leaves, and absences, and preparing monthly summaries for HR. Additionally, this role will monitor and reorder office supplies, maintaining inventory records, and identify and resolve infrastructure issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of office assets.
- Oversee office expenses, employee reimbursements, and vendor relations.
- Ensure daily office cleanliness.
- Coordinate maintenance staff.
- Organize logistics for meetings, trainings, and events.
- Act as the central point for administrative support and interdepartmental coordination.
- Handle office calls and general inquiries.
- Maintain employee directories, track attendance, leaves, and absences, and prepare monthly summaries for HR.
- Monitor and reorder office supplies.
- Identify and resolve infrastructure issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
