About the Position

The Operations and Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational and logistical aspects of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage labor resources effectively to achieve organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, overtime, leave, and advances.
  • Conduct hiring and firing processes in accordance with established procedures.
  • Implement safety procedures and manage related documentation.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date employee records.
  • Coordinate labor department matters, including EOBI, social security, WAPDA, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee housekeeping, factory security, and transport functions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Create monthly duty rosters for all departments.
  • Manage absenteeism and prepare salary sheets as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Effective interaction and communication skills with department heads and employees.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws and ISO requirements.
  • Excellent computer skills and familiarity with relevant software applications.
