Job Overview

The role of Territory Sales Executive is a critical position in our sales team. Our front-line leader manages distributors and trade for the designated territory to ensure effective and efficient distribution operations and to meet sales and Key Performance Indicator targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive business growth by achieving sales targets and volume objectives.
  2. Enhance product visibility in stores through strategic planning and execution.
  3. Coordinate operational plans and executions with distributors and customers, fostering strong relationships and maximizing value.
  4. Negotiate joint business planning with customers, identifying mutually beneficial opportunities.
  5. Plan and manage eRTM, building optimized routes for DSRs to maximize efficiency.
  6. Support digital transformation initiatives within your territory, staying at the forefront of industry trends.
  7. Understand financial metrics such as business profitability and gross margin, making data-driven decisions.
  8. Lead and develop an extended team, building talent and promoting career growth.
  9. Uphold business Key Performance Indicators, tracking progress and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  10. Analyze post-execution processes with strong analytical skills to redefine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
  • Active presence in the market and on the ground, with a deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Ability to strategize and execute effectively, driving results-oriented outcomes.
