ROLE OVERVIEW

Our front-line leader manages distributors and trade for the designated territory to ensure effective and efficient distribution operations and to meet sales and Key Performance Indicator targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Drive the business towards the desired sales growth and volume targets.
  2. Enhance competitive visibility in stores.
  3. Coordinate operational plans and executions with distributors and customers.
  4. Negotiate with customers for joint business planning.
  5. Plan and manage eRTM, build optimized routes for DSRs.
  6. Support the digital transformation strategy within your territory.
  7. Understand financial metrics such as business profitability and gross margin.
  8. Lead and develop an extended team, building talent.
  9. Uphold business Key Performance Indicators.
  10. Analyze post-execution processes with strong analytical skills to redefine strategies.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
  • Active presence in the market and on the ground.
  • Ability to strategize and execute effectively.
  • Awareness of competitive insights.
  • Accountability, responsibility, and a proactive approach are essential for this empowered role.
