
Senior Client Partnership Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, onboarding and training users, driving retention and upsell opportunities, providing proactive support, and delivering data-driven insights to improve customer engagement and success.
Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure they achieve their goals and maximize value from products/services.
- Onboarding and Training
- Guide customers through onboarding to ensure a seamless experience and drive product adoption.
- Retention and Upsell Opportunities
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell solutions and reduce churn through proactive engagement.
- Proactive Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact, address concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Data-Driven Insights
- Analyse usage metrics and feedback to optimize engagement strategies and increase success rates.
- Experience
- 1+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support roles.
- Industry Experience
- SAAS, Tech, E-commerce, Marketing, Cybersecurity, FinTech, or other B2B-focused industries.
- Tech Savviness
- Comfortable using CRMs, customer engagement tools, and ticketing systems.
- Communication Skills
- Fluent in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Remote Work Readiness
- Reliable laptop and stable internet connection.
