As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, onboarding and training users, driving retention and upsell opportunities, providing proactive support, and delivering data-driven insights to improve customer engagement and success.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure they achieve their goals and maximize value from products/services.
  • Onboarding and Training
    • Guide customers through onboarding to ensure a seamless experience and drive product adoption.
  • Retention and Upsell Opportunities
    • Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell solutions and reduce churn through proactive engagement.
  • Proactive Support
    • Serve as the primary point of contact, address concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Data-Driven Insights
    • Analyse usage metrics and feedback to optimize engagement strategies and increase success rates.
Requirements:
  • Experience
    • 1+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support roles.
  • Industry Experience
    • SAAS, Tech, E-commerce, Marketing, Cybersecurity, FinTech, or other B2B-focused industries.
  • Tech Savviness
    • Comfortable using CRMs, customer engagement tools, and ticketing systems.
  • Communication Skills
    • Fluent in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Remote Work Readiness
    • Reliable laptop and stable internet connection.
