About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned business growth specialist to drive our expansion efforts. As a Client Acquisition Manager, you will leverage your expertise in lead generation and IT services sales to accelerate our growth trajectory.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with B2B clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Delivering clear and compelling presentations of our services to prospects.
  • Collaborating with the technical team to develop proposals aligned with client requirements.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging growth opportunities.
  • Managing a robust sales pipeline and providing regular sales performance reports.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or IT/software services sales.
  • A strong background in lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
  • A basic understanding of IT/software development to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and deliver measurable results.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.
