
Senior Business Growth Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned business growth specialist to drive our expansion efforts. As a Client Acquisition Manager, you will leverage your expertise in lead generation and IT services sales to accelerate our growth trajectory.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in target markets.
- Maintaining strong relationships with B2B clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Delivering clear and compelling presentations of our services to prospects.
- Collaborating with the technical team to develop proposals aligned with client requirements.
- Staying abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging growth opportunities.
- Managing a robust sales pipeline and providing regular sales performance reports.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or IT/software services sales.
- A strong background in lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
- A basic understanding of IT/software development to effectively communicate with clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- The ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and deliver measurable results.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.
