Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, approach, and secure high-profile brand partnerships for the agency.
  • Develop and nurture an extensive network of marketing decision-makers to generate lucrative opportunities.
  • Create compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations that showcase our agency's capabilities.
  • Establish strong relationships with key brand stakeholders (CMOs, Brand Managers, Marketing Directors).
  • Collaborate with internal strategy and creative teams to craft tailored solutions for potential clients.
  • Track, report, and achieve client acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Requirements:
  • 4–8 years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, or client acquisition within a marketing, media, or advertising agency.
  • A well-established network of brand/marketing contacts.
  • Demonstrated success in closing high-value brand deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
