Credit and Collections Leadership

We are seeking an experienced Credit and Collections leader to oversee the end-to-end management of our Credits and Services business operations.

This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in credit evaluation, collections, and account reconciliation to improve operational efficiency.

  • Develop and implement innovative collection strategies that balance customer retention with financial exposure.
  • Maintain accurate and timely evaluations of credit limits for new and existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with internal audit standards and external regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Credit Evaluation: Conduct thorough credit assessments for new and existing customers to determine their creditworthiness.
  • Collection Strategies: Develop and execute targeted collection plans to minimize financial exposure while maximizing customer retention.
  • Account Reconciliation: Oversee the reconciliation of postpaid bad debts, adjustments, and balance outstanding with finance, RA, corporate sales, and other stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Utilize data analytics tools to generate actionable insights from collections, aging, and risk exposure reports to support business strategy refinement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., finance, accounting).
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in credit and collections leadership roles.
  • At least 1 year of experience working at Zong Business Solutions or similar organizations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
