We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with effective problem-solving skills.
- Provide information about products and services to assist customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and workflows.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and maintain professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
