Expansion Team Lead

As an Expansion Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Business Development Executives, guiding them in identifying, evaluating, and securing new projects on Upwork and Freelancer.
Role Overview:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our company's services, target market, and competitors through thorough research and analysis.
- Lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives, providing coaching, guidance, and support to achieve sales goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, optimize project delivery, and drive business growth.
- Develop and deliver training programs, equipping team members with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans, setting targets and metrics to measure performance.
- Lead and manage sales teams, providing coaching, guidance, and support to achieve sales goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, leveraging market research and data analysis to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as BBA-IT, BSCS, or similar.
- Possess at least 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with a proven track record of success.
- Have prior experience working in a similar role, with a deep understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and best practices.
- Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
- Be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively.
