Kinetic Kube is seeking a highly motivated Regional Expansion Professional to drive growth in key regions, leveraging expertise in client engagement and lead management.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Engagement & Lead Management:
Establish new business opportunities through cold calls and develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups. - Market Research & Lead Generation:
Conduct ongoing market research to identify potential clients and trends, utilizing CRM tools to manage data efficiently and generate lead lists from various sources. - Email & Presentation Development:
Create engaging presentations for client pitches, aligning with marketing standards, and develop targeted email marketing campaigns to generate leads. - Online Platforms Management:
Oversee the company's LinkedIn/Upwork profile, planning posts in collaboration with the marketing team, and managing comments to generate leads. - Reporting & Analytics:
Track proposal status and provide insights based on lead performance metrics and market research.
- Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. - Experience:
1-3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. - Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written English skills, strong presentation abilities, solid analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask. - Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with LinkedIn and Upwork platforms.
