Senior Enablement Business Partner Role

As a Senior Enablement Business Partner, you will play a key role in enhancing the performance of our Small and Medium Business (SMB) Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement comprehensive training programs that improve SDR proficiency and readiness for advancement to Outbound SDR positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new SMB SDRs, focusing on rapid product knowledge acquisition and sales process mastery.
  • Design and maintain a continuous training roadmap to enhance SDR skills and performance in inbound lead qualification.
  • Prepare SDRs for successful transitions to Outbound SDR roles through targeted development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify performance gaps and create focused training solutions.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs through key performance indicators (KPIs) and ramp-up time evaluations.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement or sales training, preferably within a technology environment.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and delivering onboarding and continuous training programs for sales development teams.
  • Proven ability to analyze sales performance data and identify training needs.
  • Strong understanding of inbound sales processes and best practices.
  • Experience collaborating with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms and CRM systems.
  • Proven experience in working with multiple teams and stakeholders, as well as designing and delivering engaging virtual and in-person training sessions.
