Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and source suitable candidates for current open roles within the organization
  • Oversee the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers
  • Collaborate with internal teams and hiring managers to drive recruitment efforts
  • Develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy, encompassing job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, and digital employment marketing
  • Proactively identify future talent needs and build a talent pool through social engagements

This position also involves counseling candidates on corporate benefits, salary, and work environment. A strong understanding of IT and services is essential, as well as proficiency in using social media, job boards, and internet sourcing to find top talent. The ability to communicate effectively through reports and excellent writing skills is crucial for success in this role.
