Job Title: Talent Acquisition and Development Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition and Development Professional to oversee evening HR operations, manage recruitment, provide employee relations support, and implement strategic workforce planning aligned with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage HR operations during evening shifts, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  3. Provide support for employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  4. Collaborate with senior management to drive HR initiatives and achieve business goals.
  5. Monitor employee engagement and develop programs to foster a positive work environment.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of labor laws and best practices in HR.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
