Marketing Recruiter Position

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Recruiter to collaborate with our senior leaders in the development of innovative recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market consultants using established company processes and procedures to achieve successful placements.
  • Provide regular updates on candidate submissions to the leadership team.
  • Ensure consultants are informed of their profile submissions and interview outcomes.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy.
  • Create and update job descriptions and specifications to meet business needs.
  • Perform thorough job and task analysis to document requirements and objectives.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant job boards.
  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates through database research and social media outreach.
  • Screening candidates' resumes and applications for relevance.
  • Conducting interviews using reliable and efficient methods.
  • Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Onboarding new employees to ensure seamless integration into the team.
  • Maintaining best practices in HR recruitment.

This is a full-time position requiring flexible work arrangements including evening shifts from Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be fluent in English, and have hands-on experience with various selection processes. A degree in Human Resources Management is highly valued.
