Softoo is looking for a
Senior Technical Recruiter
to lead our talent acquisition efforts and help us attract top technical talent. You will work closely with hiring managers, build strong pipelines, and deliver a world-class candidate experience.

What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (engineering, product, QA, DevOps, etc.).
  • Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and create effective job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
  • Conduct screenings and interviews, ensuring both technical and cultural fit.
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain ATS data.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
  • Strong knowledge of tech stacks and market trends.
  • Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company.
