Operations Leadership Role

Job Summary: To lead the delivery of services across regions, we seek an experienced operations manager.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage service delivery operations efficiently and effectively to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
  2. Oversee staff management and supervision to optimize resource allocation and timely issue resolution.
  3. Regularly review key performance metrics and implement corrective actions to maintain internal performance benchmarks.
  4. Maintain regular interaction and communication with internal and external stakeholders to provide exceptional services.
  5. Ensure adherence to desired service level agreements (SLAs).
  6. Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance activities to ensure compliance with established plans.
  7. Submit business intelligence reports to management for visibility and informed decision-making.
  8. Build strong relationships with customers and foster a healthy team environment.
  9. Lead by example, ensuring adherence to processes, policies, and quality standards.
  10. Define business processes and procedures that align with organizational goals and performance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Essential Competencies:
  2. Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  3. 3-4 years of experience in Operations Management.
  4. Proven expertise in planning, organizing, leading, executing, controlling, and improving operations.
  5. Strong customer orientation.
  6. Computer proficiency with knowledge of business intelligence systems.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Good communication skills (both oral and written English).
  9. Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
  10. Ability to build strong relationships and rapport.
  11. Drive to excel and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
