We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and forge strong relationships with clients.
- This role involves facilitating the expansion of our clientele through cold calling, establishing relationships with potential clients, and researching new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold calling within designated markets or geographic areas to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients by leveraging your network.
- Identifying potential clients and decision makers within their respective organizations.
- Researching and building relationships with new clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Coordinating meetings between client decision makers and our technical team.
- Developing approaches and pitches that address client needs, concerns, and objectives in collaboration with the team.
- Participating in pricing solutions and services.
- Handling objections by clarifying agreements and working through differences to achieve positive outcomes.
- Persuading or negotiating appropriately using various styles.
- Presenting new products and services while enhancing existing relationships.
- Collaborating with technical staff and internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Organizing and participating in internal and external client briefs.
- Tracking and recording activity on accounts to help close deals and meet targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a business development manager/sales executive or relevant role.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Development within the Software Industry.
- A proven sales track record.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable experience in high-level negotiations.
- Strong time management and planning skills.
