Objective: Overseas Sales Strategist

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned overseas sales strategist to lead our efforts in expanding market share and driving growth in the energy storage sector.

This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive market expansion plans, managing sales budgets, and controlling costs within assigned regions to ensure optimal resource allocation. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting market research, collecting and analyzing industry information, and submitting regular reports to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement market expansion strategies to drive sales growth and achieve company goals.
  • Manage sales budgets and control costs to ensure optimal resource allocation.

  • Establish regional sales targets and break them down into actionable objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 5 years of proven experience in overseas sales, including leading and successfully managing major client development initiatives.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the energy storage industry, with a solid understanding of market demands and trends.

Leadership and Management:

  • At least 3 years of team management experience, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.

Personal Qualities:

  • A proactive work attitude with excellent stress management capabilities.
  • Exceptional management and adaptability skills, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English, with advanced proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
