Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and oversee the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective hiring strategies based on business needs, utilizing a range of channels including job portals, social media, and campus recruitment.
  • HR System Development & Compliance Management: Design and implement HR systems that adhere to Pakistani labor laws, tax policies, and social security systems.
  • Employee Relations Management: Manage employee engagement, performance communication, and exit interviews to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Recruitment Forecasting & Workforce Planning: Conduct demand forecasts and adjust recruitment plans to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
  • Performance Management: Assist in designing and implementing a performance evaluation system with clear KPIs and fair assessment criteria.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Labor Relations, Labor Law, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an HR Manager.
  • Professional Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of all HR functional areas.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Excellent problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
    • Strong communication, coordination, and team leadership skills.
