Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruiting, learning and development of employees' performance programs and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create referral programs and oversee the hiring processes.
  • Make strategic decisions so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.
  • Prepare job descriptions, post ads on various channels to search pool of candidates.
  • Assist with recruitment by identifying potential candidates and issuing employment contracts.
  • Ensure due diligence process of candidate regarding professional background and reference checks.
  • Maintain digital records of employees.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
  • Ensure Human Resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Respond to queries internally and externally on hiring.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Produce reports on general HR activities.
Administrative Role:
  • Repair and maintain equipment & assets while maintaining its record.
  • Liaison with local and government sectors.
  • Liaison with potential vendors following procurement process.
  • Responsibly open and close the office.
  • Purchase stationery, office grocery and other miscellaneous items and distribute it according to defined requisition approval procedure.
  • Supervise office boys and janitorial staff.
  • Responsible for office security and monitoring CCTV cameras.
  • Compile, purchase and maintain monthly requisition.
Requirements:
  • Extensive background in Human Resource Department.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (MBA in HRM is preferred).
  • 4-5 Years relevant experience as an HR Manager.
  • Familiar with Labor Laws and Human Resource policies.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage Payroll.
  • Handle outdoor assignments
  • Manage schedule/deadlines and achieve target within timeline.
  • Work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business tools.
  • Self-Motivated, problem-solver and having dispute resolution skills.
  • Make strong and immediate decision and convincing skills.
