Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Development Executive to join our Oxbridge Digital team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, and collaborating with the marketing team to create strategies that attract potential clients. Main Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate sector, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure deals, preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients and stakeholders, and meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics. To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, as well as 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in real estate. Strong negotiation and presentation skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
