
Assistant HR Manager

This is a senior-level HR position that requires strong leadership and management skills.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting annual assessments of training needs for teachers and assistant teachers.
- They will identify specific areas for professional development and customize training programs to address individual needs and enhance overall effectiveness.
- The incumbent will oversee the Attendance Management System for 300 staff members, ensuring accurate recording of attendance data and implementing strategies to address any attendance-related issues promptly.
- They will also issue employment contracts to newly hired staff, ensuring clear and compliant contractual terms in accordance with relevant labor laws and project policies.
- Additionally, they will generate and send monthly attendance reports to the Admin and Finance Officer.
- The candidate will facilitate the processing of salaries based on accurate attendance records, ensuring adherence to established timelines.
- They will manage and oversee staff leaves, including proper documentation and timely communication of leave requests.
- The successful candidate will ensure replacements or covers are arranged in concerned ECCE centers during the absence of any teacher/teaching assistant to maintain operational continuity.
- Regularly, they will monitor the performance of teaching staff through assessments and feedback sessions.
- Contribution to the development of performance metrics and facilitation of continuous improvement initiatives will also be expected.
