Suave Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales and revenue growth within the IT and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sectors. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with potential clients, building long-lasting client relationships, and collaborating with team members for efficient completion of client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate businesses and trends to uncover new sales opportunities.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints and objections effectively.
- Schedule business meetings with potential clients and maintain regular communication.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through emails and networking.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of minimum 3+ years in international sales as a sales executive.
- Proven record of meeting the sales targets.
- Good understanding of USA market dynamics and trends.
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, CRM, various databases, analysis and project management techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
