Our Role

We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to sell Generators, Solar Systems, and UPS Solutions, focusing on identifying customer needs, offering technically sound solutions, and building strong client relationships. This role requires collaboration with internal teams to close deals and develop long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable energy solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documents.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales and engineering teams to close deals.
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in the Genset, Solar, or UPS sector, particularly in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) segment.
  • Strong background in Sales Engineering, Technical Support, and solution-based selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and technical aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
