Manufacturing Transformation Expert

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Transformation Expert to lead our digital journey. This pivotal role will drive innovation, improve production efficiency, and ensure seamless data flow between systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the adoption and integration of modern manufacturing technologies and digital applications.
  • Identify and drive innovation opportunities to enhance production quality and agility.
  • Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies like IoT, Industry 4.0, and AI/ML in manufacturing.
  • Evaluate and ensure seamless data flow between inventory systems and other platforms like ERP, WMS, MES, Track and Trace.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, including smart factory concepts.
  • Leverage data analytics to uncover operational insights and recommend process improvements.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor production performance and predictive maintenance metrics.
  • Cultivate collaboration with internal teams to align technology projects with business objectives.
  • Manage vendor relationships to guarantee project success and partner performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing operations, planning, quality, and maintenance.
  2. Proven experience with data analysis and dashboard development (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  3. Familiarity with cybersecurity standards in industrial environments.
  4. Excellent project management and communication skills.
  5. Able to translate technical concepts into business language.
  6. Problem-solving, critical thinking, and innovative mindset.
  7. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
