Chief Manager Oracle ERP Job Post

Masters in Commerce, Economics and Finance are essential for this senior management role. We require a Chief Manager with extensive experience in Oracle Financials (AR, AP, GL, FA) and Oracle Projects as well as Oracle E-Business Suites R12 across all modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proficiency in oracle applications (ERP) health check, structural design, process alignment, process design, and process mapping is necessary.
  • Discovery, solution development, roadmap creation, solution presentation, feasibility study, analysis, designing, development, testing, and deployment are critical tasks.
  • Implementation of the full lifecycle of Oracle Financials (AR, AP, GL, FA) and Oracle Projects preferably in the oil and gas sector is required.
  • Understanding of business processes and its mapping with Oracle e-business is crucial.
  • The ability to provide business solutions independently is vital.
  • Effective business communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential.
  • A good understanding of ERP Business Processes and industry best practices is necessary.
  • Proven track record of Business Process automation & Best Practices is required.

We seek an experienced consulting professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes, or technology designs within a product/technology family. The ideal candidate will be able to innovate and continuously improvise pre-configuration solutions and methods.

Requirements:
  • Must have experience in reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers and conducting trainings.
  • Coordination with end-user departments and other business users for day-to-day activities and ASAP amicable resolution of issues is required.
  • Maintaining knowledge of current and upcoming technologies is essential.
  • Coordination with Oracle Support, System, and Database Administration teams is necessary.
  • Coordinate with Report Development teams for customized reports.
  • Lead development of formalized solution methodologies.
