Key Responsibilities:

  1. Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
  2. Monitor CCTV footage from all store locations.
  3. Evaluate security systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and report any issues.
  4. Maintain detailed records of incidents observed and report them to management.
  5. Handle staff inquiries, providing high levels of customer satisfaction.
  6. Assist in the preparation of scheduled reports.
  7. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients.
  8. Process requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally.
  9. Support payroll processing and employee record-keeping.
  10. Monitor and respond to company emails and other forms of communication.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in a similar role or as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
