About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned software professional to spearhead our backend development efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing scalable systems using Java, Angular, and AWS.

This is a key position that requires a deep understanding of software engineering principles, as well as expertise in cloud-based technologies. The successful candidate will lead technical reviews, ensure high-quality standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities include owning project architecture, leading technical direction, and mentoring junior engineers. The role also involves engaging with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and provide tailored technical solutions.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of full-stack experience with a strong focus on backend systems.
  • Deep knowledge of Java (Spring Boot) for building secure and scalable backend services.
  • Hands-on experience with Angular and modern front-end technologies including React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, and Apollo Client.
  • Experience working with RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases along with ORM technologies.
  • Strong experience with AWS cloud services including Lambda, S3, SecretManager, and DynamoDB.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, testing, and security best practices.
